Jerome Eisenberg updates his report on the current situtation concerning the Mesopotamian antiquities trade and the Looting of Iraq. This report reproduces that which Dr Eisenberg presented to the annual meeting of the International Law and Practice section of the American Bar Association in New York. Additionally, we continue to retain the complete list and illustrations of Pillaged Artworks from the National Museum of Iraq in Baghdad.
This feature is a complement and extension to the comprehensive article by Dr Jerome Eisenberg, which appeared in the July/August 2003 issue of Minerva, describing over 300 endangered artworks from Baghdad.
